Kennedy Dentistry is well-established private dental practice in Powell, TN. We are seeking a friendly and professional Dental Office Receptionist to join our team, since we are expanding our office. This is a full-time position offering competitive benefits and a welcoming work environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients with a warm and professional demeanor
Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently
Answer phone calls and assist with patient inquiries
Verify insurance coverage and process claims
Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality
Handle billing and collect payments as needed
Assist with other administrative tasks to support office operations
Requirements:
Previous experience in a dental or medical office preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance verification is a plus
Proficiency with dental office software (or willingness to learn)
