Position: Dental Receptionist
Location: Hagerstown, MD
Office Hours: 4 days/week, Monday through Thursday, approximately 7:45 am to 5:15 pm

Your Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and manage patient inquiries.
• Verify insurance information and assist with financial arrangements.
• Maintain patient records and update electronic health records accurately.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient flow and office efficiency.
• Uphold high standards of customer service and patient care.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a dental or medical office (REQUIRED) .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using dental software (Dentrix) is strongly preferred, but not required.
• Proficiency in typing and general computer applications (Microsoft Word) is strongly preferred.
• Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to a positive team environment.
• Dependability and punctuality is extremely important for this job.
