Depot Manager Details:

Direct Hire position
$85,000.00 /annually
First Shift (Monday through Friday)
Depot Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility to include the warehouse/distribution center.
The Manager will partner with safety, quality, maintenance and supply chain in receiving and dispatching shipments, and stock control.
Manager’s primary responsibility is ensuring efficient and safe production to meet company goals by optimizing performance, adhering to quality standards, and maintaining cost-effectiveness within the facility operations.
Responsible for staff management of supervisors and production workers, managing schedules, resolving issues, and implementing improvements to production processes.

Depot Manager Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred or 3-5 years equivalent work experience
Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal health and safety regulations
Mechanical aptitude
Knowledge of OSHA regulations
Proficient using Microsoft Office Programs
Excellent problem-solving skills
