Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Own Customer Growth Strategy
    • Partner closely with customers to understand their priorities, pain points, and growth opportunities.
    • Develop and execute tailored marketing strategies that directly support revenue growth, patient acquisition, and retention goals.
  • Customer Journey Design & Optimization
    • Assist customers in crafting personalized, end-to-end patient journeys.
    • Ensure marketing initiatives maximize conversions and long-term patient retention.
    • Continuously refine campaigns to align with evolving healthcare consumer behaviors.
  • Quality & Strategic Delivery
    • Oversee the digital team to ensure all deliverables are high-quality, timely, and impactful.
    • Lead QA processes to guarantee accuracy, compliance, and consistency across campaigns.
    • Use data insights to shape strategies and pivot quickly where needed, with 100% focus on measurable growth outcomes.
  • Customer Advocacy & Purpose
    • Operate with a mission-driven mindset, ensuring every initiative reflects Steer’s purpose of helping healthcare heroes and their organizations thrive.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing proactive recommendations and strategic support.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing management, digital marketing, or customer growth roles (healthcare experience strongly preferred).
  • Previous digital marketing experience is required; agency-side experience is a huge bonus.
  • Proven ability to drive measurable growth through multi-channel campaigns and journey design.
  • Strong background in marketing analytics, QA, and campaign optimization .
  • Excellent communication skills with a track record of building trust with clients .
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance startup environment with autonomy.
