We currently have a exciting opportunity on our Marketing team, as a Digital Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Marketing and be part of a dynamic team, producing attractive and engaging campaigns. You will be directly responsible for developing and deploying marketing campaigns and tactics to enhance our connection with existing customers, as well as engage with new markets and prospects. As we are a small, entrepreneurial environment, you will have the opportunity to wear many hats and be directly involved in the management and execution of trade shows and events, execute marketing campaigns across all media channels, manage the company website, SEO, SEM, ad campaigns and social channels. This is a very hands-on role designed for a person who wants to learn and grow as a marketing professional. Skills & Requirements



REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Education:

Required: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business, or any other related field; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Licenses: Valid state issued driver's license

Experience : 3-5 years of related marketing communications experience

Preferred Experience: 3-5 years of related agency experience

SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

Required:
  • Proficient in Marketo, Hootsuite, AdRoll or similar
  • Proficient in SalesForce.com
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
  • Proficient in WordPress
  • Expertise in managing multiple projects and timelines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Advanced interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to travel to 10 to 20

Preferred:
  • HTML coding a definite plus
  • Certifications is Hootsuite, Salesforce and/or Marketo
