As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will drive MX’s digital marketing initiatives by managing and executing marketing campaigns through MX’s paid channels including display, paid social, paid search, third party, and more. Reporting to the Head of Website and Digital Marketing you will manage digital campaigns end-to-end, including planning, execution, managing vendor and agency relationships, and reporting.
Job Duties
Be a subject matter expert on digital paid media strategies, trends, tools, and capabilities.
Execute paid digital advertising with the goal of creating touch points throughout the buyer’s journey: generating awareness, engagement, and demand.
Manage a set of digital channels (display, paid social, paid search, third party, and more) to specific audience segments, understand how these channels interact holistically with other channels, and drive measurable results.
Manage a marketing budget against a set of KPIs and lead gen objectives with a focus on funnel conversion, core business metrics, and efficient growth.
Ensure messaging is on-brand and on-target for the audience, the channel, and campaign objectives.
Leverage paid advertising as a force multiplier for the department: share optimization results regularly to help improve organic channels, website copy, sales collateral, product marketing assets, etc.
Work with the SEO lead to integrate paid and organic strategies to dominate the SERP for branded, and non-branded keywords.
Basic Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Data-driven approach to metrics and results.
3+ years of marketing or related experience.
Strong understanding and background of paid channels including search, video, display, and social.
Previous track record of success with paid channels and testing and optimization.
Salesforce / Marketo / HubSpot.
Excellent communication skills and ability to exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices.
Project management skills and the ability to effectively coordinate efforts across multiple stakeholders across multiple teams.
Work Environment
At MX, we utilize a hybrid work model, which allows us to attract top talent and increase impact through collaboration. Our team members enjoy a balance of remote work and in-office days. Travel expectations for remote employees is about 15%, and the company covers travel expenses for remote employees. Local employees will utilize in-office time on a weekly basis Tuesday through Thursday. Both local and remote employees can take advantage of our incredible office space with onsite perks like company-paid meals, onsite massage therapist, golf simulator, and meditation room to name a few.
Compensation
The expected on-target earnings (OTE), which is comprised of a base salary and other forms of cash compensation, such as bonus or commissions is currently $83,500 to $100,000. This pay range is just one component of MX's total rewards package. MX takes a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including job and level they are hired into, location, skillset, peer compensation.

We utilize a hybrid work arrangement style, which may require both local and remote team members to be in the office when necessary, to kick off projects, hold cross team strategy meetings, or complete key deliverables. Remote team members will travel into the office four times per year, and MX covers travel expenses associated with this requirement.
