Seeking a Director of Accounting to enhance my client's expanding team. This newly created leadership position will oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and treasury functions. The role presents a chance to engage strategically across various business areas while also requiring a meticulous approach to meet the firm’s daily operational needs. Reporting directly to the Chief Accounting Officer, the Director will be instrumental in facilitating strategic decisions by delivering accurate financial insights.

In this role, you will manage the internal accounting department, guiding the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes. You will also be responsible for integrating firms acquired through mergers and acquisitions. Providing in-depth financial analysis to support executive decisions and preparing monthly financial packages for the Board of Directors and Finance Committee will be key tasks. Collaborating closely with the FP&A team will ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting, while reviewing technology solutions will help streamline accounting workflows. Additionally, you will oversee the revenue cycle, monitor client collections, and manage vendor invoice approvals.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
