Job Description

Throwing a few solar panels on your roof isn't going to solve climate change.

Sure, it's a step in the right direction. But let's think bigger.

We're talking about removing carbon from the atmosphere at scale while tackling global water challenges. Now that's something worth getting excited about.

We’re looking for a Director of Project Management who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and take charge of a portfolio of complex, high-impact construction projects around the world. This role isn’t about managing one project at a time - it’s about leading multiple initiatives, building the systems to keep them running smoothly, and making sure everything stays on track, on budget, and aligned with the bigger picture.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing and executing multiple construction projects worldwide, ensuring they meet strategic goals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Developing and refining project management systems to coordinate global workstreams.
  • Managing large-scale projects, from feasibility studies and risk assessments to execution and delivery.
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders - clients, regulators, and local authorities.
  • Identifying new project opportunities and driving business growth.
  • Keeping a close eye on the financials - budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Ensuring compliance with international construction standards and sustainability best practices.
  • Negotiating contracts and managing vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Leading, mentoring, and growing the project management team.

What About You?

Because of the complexity of these projects, you’ll likely have:

  • 10+ years of experience managing large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
  • A knack for building and leading top-performing teams.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing project budgets and P&L.
  • Deep knowledge of global construction regulations and best practices.
  • A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience in carbon removal or water management projects.
  • A startup mindset - comfortable with agility, innovation, and fast-paced execution.

Want to Speak?

You can reach out to me directly, but it’s easier to apply with your CV. That way, when we speak, I have all of your information to hand already.

All applications will receive a response.
