Job Description
Crossroads Drug and Alcohol Testing is seeking a qualified person to work in its back office as an alcohol and drug screen collector. Types of samples collected include urine, hair, and oral fluid (saliva). In addition to collecting samples, other responsibilities include answering telephones, following up with donors and clients, faxing, emailing, and maintaining a clean and healthy environment. The right candidate must be trainable, organized, a team player, and able to follow directions effectively. This candidate must also work well with others, including clients and coworkers, utilizing excellent customer service skills. Experience in drug and alcohol testing is a plus, but not a requirement. In-house training and certification are available at no cost. Crossroads specializes in testing for Department of Transportation agencies as well as corporate accounts. We interact with a wide range of donors, and you must be able to adapt as needed throughout the workday. You must pass a drug test and provide at least three references where you have worked in the past, not co-workers, relatives, or friends. You will undergo a review after the initial 90-day probation period, and a guaranteed pay increase will be offered if your employment with the company continues. We also conduct a background check. If you think this is the job for you, please apply.
