Electrical Superintendent Our Employee-Owned company has immediate full-time openings for a Superintendent in the Southeast. This position will work within Industrial, Commercial, Healthcare, and Federal sectors and be part of an innovative and growing team. All positions are regular, full-time, and benefits-eligible. Pay range depends on experience, skills, and knowledge. This role requires a decisive leader with a passion for hands-on outdoor work and a strong drive for construction project management. A team-oriented mindset and immediate contribution are essential. Job Duties: Effectively utilize resources and oversee craft workers in assigned areas. Ensure onsite personnel adhere to project procedures, safety policies, and work rules; document violations, notify management, and recommend corrective actions; conduct accident investigations as needed. Ensure compliance with all company, client, and project policies and standards. Motivate team members to achieve objectives. Plan, coordinate, and supervise onsite functions such as scheduling, engineering, and material control. Organize work responsibilities efficiently. Maintain a daily journal of events. Valid driver’s license and insured personal transportation. At least 7 years of experience in electrical construction within DOD, healthcare, industrial, or commercial sectors. Knowledge of estimating, scheduling, and budgeting; 2-4 years of related experience preferred. Basic understanding of NEC and NFPA 70E standards. Ability to manage risk and ensure profitability.
