Overview

We are seeking self-motivated, skilled Electrical Technicians (Levels 13) who can work independently and go beyond basic helper tasks. These roles require strong technical ability, professionalism, and a commitment to safety and quality. The Millington facility focuses on electrical assembly and installation projects for power utilities and data centers. Millington specializes in building custom electrical enclosures and switchgear systems for utilities and data centers, focusing on wiring, grounding, and large-scale infrastructure assembly.

What You Will Do

• Install and test electrical/electronic systems, circuits, and equipment.
• Install wireways, conduits, cable trays, and ground electrical equipment per specifications and NEC code.
• Perform basic utility wire connections and understand circuit functionality.
• Thread conduit and interpret blueprints accurately.
• Use basic hand tools and measuring devices effectively.
• Maintain tools in good working condition and ensure a clean, organized work area.
• Follow all safety protocols, attend safety meetings, and wear required PPE.

What Were Looking For

• Experience: Previous hands?on electrical assembly or electrician?related work; ability to work independently.
• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (vocational/technical training in electricity is a plus).
• Skills: Ability to read and comprehend instructions, interpret blueprints, and communicate effectively with team members.
• Physical Requirements: Frequent standing, kneeling, crouching, stooping, and reaching; occasional walking and lifting.
• Attendance: Reliable presence during scheduled shifts and flexibility for overtime when needed.
• Equipment Used: Basic hand tools and measuring devices.
• Safety: Adherence to all company and OSHA safety standards.
• Dress Code: Jeans or work pants; appropriate attire for industrial environment.
