Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure smooth team collaboration and progress.
- Remove obstacles or impediments that block the team's productivity and help find solutions to process or interpersonal challenges.
- Coach and mentor team members and stakeholders on Agile values and Scrum principles to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Serve as a liaison between the team and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals and priorities.
- Promote a collaborative and self-organizing team environment, encouraging accountability, transparency, and trust among team members.
