As we expand our outreach and services, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Event Coordinator Volunteer to help plan and execute both virtual and in-person events that align with our mission and brand goals.

As an Event Coordinator Volunteer , you will assist in organizing, coordinating, and executing events that showcase the agency’s expertise in the healthcare marketing space. This is a wonderful opportunity to gain hands-on event planning experience while supporting the agency's growth. You'll collaborate with our marketing and client relations teams to help bring engaging and impactful events to life.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, enjoys multitasking, and has a strong passion for event planning and logistics. You’ll get to contribute to both large-scale webinars and smaller client events, helping us build and maintain strong relationships with our audience.

• Assist in the planning and coordination of virtual and in-person events, including webinars, workshops, and networking events.

• Work closely with the marketing team to develop event timelines, agendas, and promotional materials.

• Help manage event registration, guest lists, and communications with attendees.

• Collaborate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.

• Coordinate event logistics such as technology setup (for virtual events), venue arrangements (for in-person events), and materials.

• Monitor social media and digital channels to promote upcoming events and engage with participants before, during, and after the event.

• Help track and evaluate event success, gathering feedback and suggesting improvements for future events.

• Assist in event follow-up tasks, including thank-you emails, post-event surveys, and social media coverage.

• Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Creative and problem-solving mindset.

• Prior experience with event coordination or project management is a plus, but not required.

• Comfortable with digital event platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and social media promotion tools.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.

• Interest in healthcare marketing or the healthcare industry is a plus.
