About the Role

We seek a results-oriented Event Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing impactful virtual events that elevate our brand, drive demand generation, and nurture high-quality leads. Youll collaborate closely with cross-functional teamsincluding Demand Generation, Design, Product Marketing, and Salesto create seamless event experiences that resonate with our audience.

Location: This is an in-office role, with all events hosted virtually.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Event Planning: Develop and execute innovative event marketing strategies that align with company-wide objectives, driving lead generation, brand visibility, and audience engagement.
  • Collaborative Execution: Work closely with various departments to design integrated event campaignsfrom speaker recruitment and event page creation to promotional activities and post-event analysis.
  • Vendor & Speaker Coordination: Identify, secure, and manage top-tier speakers and vendors, ensuring every event is executed to the highest standards.
  • Process Optimization: Document best practices and streamline event processes to build a scalable, efficient program that supports future growth.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends in virtual event planning, leveraging new insights to innovate and improve event strategies continuously.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain proactive communication with internal teams and clients, address questions, and ensure smooth event execution for a positive attendee experience.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors degree from an accredited university.
  • Experience: 2+ years in digital/virtual event management, with a strong grasp of the tech conference landscape and its impact on demand generation.
  • Skills: Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to drive successful event outcomes.
