This role is critical in supporting day-to-day operations by transforming large datasets into clear and actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel expertise, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering accurate, data-driven solutions that help guide business decision-making. Responsibilities Analyze and interpret large datasets using advanced Excel functions, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and Pivot Charts. Build, update, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support operational needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and deliver timely insights. Perform data validation, cleaning, and accuracy checks to ensure reliability of reporting. Automate recurring reporting tasks through formulas, conditional formatting, or VBA/macro development (as applicable). Summarize findings and present results in clear, actionable terms to stakeholders and leadership. Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends to support strategic initiatives. Qualifications 2–4 years of professional experience in a Data Analyst or similar role. Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Charts, conditional formatting, named ranges, and complex formulas. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and extract meaningful insights. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain findings to non-technical audiences. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
