Your role

We're looking for an Executive Team Assistant to:
* manage calendars including conference calls, travel, and
coordination of internal and external meetings
* assist with incoming and outgoing communications for
the Market Executive and Market Director
* provide administrative and organizational support
including invoice & expense administration
* resilient with the ability to prioritize and work under
pressure with tight deadlines
* keen attention to detail, organized and able to
seamlessly multitask
* proven written and verbal communication skills
* comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
* flexible, adaptable, can-do attitude
