Experienced District Property Manager
Experience: Multi-site Property Manager with 5+ years experience
Travel: 50% travel required- Interstate travel
Broad Management Group is seeking an experienced District Property Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple residential properties. This role focuses on maintaining high standards in property performance, tenant satisfaction, and financial success.
District Property Manager Responsibilities:
Curb Appeal & Property Walks:
• Conduct regular property inspections with photo documentation to ensure high curb appeal and maintenance standards.
Unit Oversight:
• Walk vacant and occupied units to monitor maintenance needs and ensure tenant satisfaction, with full property unit walks at takeovers.
Asset Preservation:
• Meet vendors, review project progress, and maintain high-quality standards on repairs and upgrades.
Collections:
• Manage rent collections, conduct door knocks if needed, and oversee tenant payment plans and eviction follow-ups.
Accounts Payable:
• Centralize invoice processing and perform account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
Maintenance Oversight:
• Audit work orders, address recurring maintenance issues, and train service teams for improved efficiency.
Leasing & Compliance:
• Oversee marketing efforts, audit lease files, and ensure compliance with all state agency and company requirements.
District Property Manager Requirements:
· 5+ years of experienced multi-property management
· Strong leadership, financial, and operational skills
· Knowledge of property management regulations and leasing practices
· Ability to travel regularly and perform site inspections
· Excellent communication and problem-solving
Compensation: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00
