Gill Law Group PC represents family law clients in Orange County and Bay Area. We are currently seeking a family law associate to add to our team of attorneys at our Bay Area office.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Family Law Attorney based at our San Jose office with remote work flexibility. Must have at least 3 years of family law experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to manage a caseload of family law cases involving divorce, custody, spousal support.
• Must be organized and diligent with deadlines.
• Must be familiar with family law practice and procedure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Active member of the State Bar of California
