We are currently working with a highly-respected Twin Cities based organization who is experiencing strong growth and is looking to hire a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will have the opportunity to work with a highly talented group of professionals. This individual should have high integrity, intellectual curiosity, demonstrated leadership abilities and a passion for excellence. This person will gain valuable experience in a rapidly growing business, specifically working with operations and financial metrics.

• Provide financial decision support directly to the executive team to impact business strategy
• Develop and maintain the annual budget and forecasts for multiple sites
• Prepare and lead financial reporting and metric analysis to business
• Lead business metrics reporting that drive the success of the business
• Create modeling and sensitivity tools for core business
• Provide analysis for strategic initiatives
• Prepare quarterly Financial Reviews for Board Meetings
• Support and manage the persistency reporting and analytics
• Coach/develop/lead a team of finance professionals
• Identify and execute operations and finance improvement opportunities

Qualifications for Finance Manager:

• Required Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• MBA preferred, but not required
• 5+ years of post-grad FP&A experience
• Desire to achieve high personal and team goals
• Extensive management of complex financial projects and investments
• Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong work ethic and competitive nature
• Extremely articulate
• Positive attitude and sense of humor
