Job Overview: Fleet Mechanic Lead - Denver, CO About the Role Responsible for day to day shop operation, performing scheduled preventative maintenance, and necessary repairs to automobiles, trucks (light and heavy), trailers, vans, scrubbers, dollies, and MHE which includes forklifts and pallet jacks Will act as a mentor to the class I, II, and III mechanics. Responsible for working with the Fleet Management team on other duties as assigned. Shift and Schedule Monday through Friday 8:00am until 4:30pm Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed About You We’re looking for a self-motivated individual who takes the initiative without needing constant supervision. An individual that thrives in a dynamic setting with quickly changing priorities and deadlines. A problem solver that could identify issues, think creatively, and provides effective solutions. The employee will move to a higher rate of $37.89 per hour in the quarter after their 6 month anniversary. Benefits, subject to eligibility, and collective bargaining agreements (where applicable): Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including vacation and sick time), 401k with company match and Tuition Reimbursement Requirements: High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred 5 years of experience maintaining and repairing large fleet vehicles and material handling equipment, with the ability to work on all types of power units, trailers, and material handling equipment Lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly Valid driver's license Able to supply own set of tools 2 years of Microsoft Office experience 2 years of Fleet Diagnostic experience Must be able to work on all types of vehicles (diesel trucks, electric and propane forklift, etc.) CDL Class A is not required but preferred Willing and able to acquire the necessary certifications and licenses needed for the position within the first year of employment to include: ASE certification, DOT Commercial Driver’s License (CDL A), DOT brake and annual inspection certification, A/C certification, and Forklift Operator License Company Overview: Keurig Dr Pepper (NASDAQ: KDP) is a leading beverage company in North America, with a portfolio of more than 125 owned, licensed and partners brands and powerful distribution capabilities to provide a beverage for every need, anytime, anywhere.
