Essential FunctionsAssociates Degree or equivalent.
Minimum Experience Five (5) years experience in a customer service environment resolving problems, processing information, and answering inquiries by telephone. Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Good communication, organizational, oral and written skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Experience and ability to use Microsoft Office Software. Job Conditions Ability to work various shifts, including rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.
