Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled Automation Architect with Gen AI experience who will be responsible for managing automation and Gen AI projects. Ability to work independently and remotely, with willingness travel for client engagements as needed.

Responsibilities:

· Lead the design and implementation of advanced AI solutions using Generative AI and Azure AI to enhance business processes.

· Oversee the development and execution of automated testing frameworks using TOSCA Cucumber TestNG Selenium Junit and UFT.

· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team to ensure best practices in coding and testing.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.

· Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all architectural designs and testing procedures.

· Ensure the scalability performance and security of AI and testing solutions.

· Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and identify areas for improvement.

· Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline the development process.

· Monitor and analyze system performance providing recommendations for optimization.

· Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.

· Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and workshops to promote a culture of continuous learning.

· Engage with stakeholders to communicate project progress challenges and solutions effectively.

· Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations particularly in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

· 13+ years of overall experience working on QEA with strong experience in Test Automation with atleast a year experience in GenAI.

· Possess a deep understanding of Generative AI and Azure AI technologies.

· Demonstrate proficiency in automated testing tools such as TOSCA Cucumber TestNG Selenium Junit and UFT.

· Exhibit programming skills in Python.

· Understand the principles of CI/CD and DevOps practices.

· Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

· Be capable of conducting thorough code reviews and providing constructive feedback.

· Display ability to manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies

· Some experience in GEN AI Testing, GIT Copilot & Prompt engineering.

· Bachelors or Equivalent degree (Science, STEM, etc)

· Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills/Qualification:

· Experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.

· Possess a strong background in GEN AI Testing with proven experience

· Demonstrate good understanding of Life and Annuities Insurance domain

· Experience in git Copilot & prompt engineering. Any solutions built using Copilot would be handy
