General Manager Expectations:
oversee the overall operations of the restaurant to ensure the outlet’s financial success with emphasis on maintaining team members and guest satisfaction results.
Is truly passionate about floor presence, engaging with guests, and excited about consistently exceeding their expectations.
Recognizes the significance of holding people accountable, while maintaining a constructive workplace atmosphere that fosters teamwork, transparent communication, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Play a key role in recruiting and retaining talent by being involved in the hiring process, orientation, associate engagement, and performance management throughout the year.
Demonstrate exemplary leadership to lead and motivate all staff, fostering productivity and organization.
Partner with other management to ensure a positive and collaborative environment when leading by example
Oversee, maintain and manage food and service quality
Oversee staff scheduling
Strive to increase sales and minimize costs
Maintain control over inventory by overseeing purchases, negotiating prices with suppliers, and evaluating usage reports
