About Us:

We’re a growing company specializing in pet products and home appliances, selling across platforms like Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, Chewy, etc. We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to help bring our brand to life across digital and physical channels.

What You'll Do:

• Design digital assets for websites, email campaigns, social media, and product pages
• Create packaging, instruction manuals, and branding materials
• Assist with updating and improving visuals on our Shopify site
• Collaborate with the eCommerce and marketing teams to support campaigns and promotions
• Help ensure consistent brand visuals across all customer touchpoints
• Communicate with overseas suppliers (Mandarin skills are a plus)
• Be open to learning more about the eCommerce industry and digital design trends

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of graphic design experience (internships welcome)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Shopify or eCommerce design experience strongly preferred
• Strong visual design skills with attention to detail and brand consistency
• Basic understanding of web and mobile responsive design
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Mandarin language skills are a big plus
• Willingness to grow and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with Amazon listings or A+ content design
• Photo editing or video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
• Photography or product shooting experience
