The Guitar Technician performs maintenance and repair services on customer-owned guitars and store inventory, ensuring high craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. They interact with customers to provide excellent service, handle repair warranties, and assist in store operations and sales through ongoing training. This role requires strong technical skills with guitars, customer focus, and the ability to identify and resolve issues proactively.
