Job Summary: Operates heavy equipment such as backhoes, loaders, graders, and dozers. Ability to control or manipulate machinery in a wide variety of fields as it applies to the mining industry.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Must be punctual and reliable.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Must be able to travel to different job locations
• Ability to work well with others and be able to communicate effectively with supervisors/management.
• Ability to complete job on time and in an effective manner.
• Understand and follow all safety procedures as they pertain to specific job sites.
• Operate equipment with precision and accuracy. Also, must be able to control and operate machinery safely on job site and around co-workers.
• Can work independently with minimum or no supervision.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license, including equipment license if necessary.
• MSH/OSHA certification.
• Must pass drug test and random drug screenings.
• Preferred: 5(+) years of relevant experience in operating in heavy equipment

Applicant must also be able to follow dress code guidelines, which include, but not limited to, laced steel toe boots and appropriate PPE’s on job site. Applicant must also keep in mind most of all work will be done outside in Florida’s weather. Applicant must be willing to work with a diverse group of people. Willingness to work flexible hours which may include nights, weekends and holidays is required. Applicant must also follow all rules, guidelines and safety procedures of any company GroundLevel will be working with. Ground Level is a drug free and alcohol free work place.
