Job Description Gpac has partnered with a wonderful private school midtown Miami that is looking for an experienced High School Principal to join their team for an amazing opportunity. This position comes with a competitive salary and great benefits. Responsibilities of the High School Principal: Establish effective communications and relationships with students, parents and staff. Help to maintain school policies, regulations, and expectations. Develop and maintain professional, collaborative, and collegial relationships with faculty and staff, as well as with community partners to the benefit of students and classes. Provide effective supervision of students to promote a safe and healthy environment and school experience. Represent the school at community or public events in the highest ethical manner. Essential skills and experience of the Lead Preschool Teacher:

• master’s degree in education, teaching, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of leadership experience in a K-12 private high school setting

Nonessential skills and experience:

• Eagerness to learn new technology and systems.
• Experience working closely with diverse families.
