Horse Groom / Wrangler / Farm Hand (Equine) – Relocation to Kentucky, USA.
Are you passionate about working with horses? We are hiring Horse Grooms, Wranglers, Stable Hands, Farm Workers, Ranch Hands and Horse Riders for multiple horse farms in Kentucky , who are among the most successful thoroughbred horse farms in the world.
Job Overview:
Join a world-class horse breeding and training facility where you’ll care for elite horses. This role is perfect for those with farm, ranch, or equestrian experience .
Responsibilities:
• Daily horse care: feeding, grooming, and handling horses
• Cleaning stalls, barn upkeep, and general ranch duties
• Assisting with foaling, breeding, or training (if experienced)
• Exercising horses, leading them to paddocks, and assisting with veterinary care
Career Growth:
You will be able to shadow experienced Vets around the prestigious grounds, learning first hand from experts, what it takes to breed, train and care for the finest horses in the world. Those keen to learn will be given every opportunity to succeed and grow within the farm family.
Requirements
Who We’re Looking For:
• Experience in farm work, ranching, horse care, or equestrian sports
• Physically fit and able to handle horses confidently
• Hardworking, reliable, and willing to work outdoors in all weather
• Team player with a strong work ethic
Benefits
Pay: $15-17 per hour.
Minimum 48 hours per week.
Relocation package available.
