Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive House Manager to support a very busy CEO by maintaining a smooth, clean, and well-run home and workspace. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating order, enjoys cooking, and can comfortably juggle a mix of household tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook three healthy, well-balanced meals each weekday
- Maintain daily housekeeping, including tidying, cleaning, laundry, and general organization
- Handle light yard work such as watering plants, basic outdoor upkeep, and seasonal tasks
- Keep home and home-office spaces orderly and functional
- Run errands as needed, including grocery shopping and household supply restocking
- Manage household needs proactively and communicate any issues that require attention
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
Requirements
- Previous experience in house management, housekeeping, personal assisting, or similar role
- Strong cooking and meal-prep skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Comfortable with a role that includes physical tasks and occasional outdoor work
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Trustworthiness, discretion, and a calm, solutions-first approach
