House Manager (PT)

Location: Sag Habor, NY

Days: Wed- Fri 

Hours: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Compensation: $30 to $40 per hour. Paid via W2 (paid on the books)

Start Date: 2/1/2026

Main Work Duties: 

• Oversee essential household operations.
• Ensure the home is maintained to the family’s standards.
• Act as the main point of contact for household-related matters.
• Ensure discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.
• Manage relationships with vendors and contractors (cleaning services, landscapers, pool service, repairs, etc.).
• Schedule and oversee maintenance, repairs, and home projects.
• Maintain household inventory (cleaning supplies, linens, toiletries, pantry items).
• Oversee ordering, restocking, and organization.
• Communicate clearly with principal.
• Prepare meals (Dinners).

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ solid years of house management experience for a private home.
• Excellent references from both current and previous employers.
• Ability to work independently.
• Must speak and be able to communicate well in English.
• Authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
• Valid Driver's license and clean driving record.
