In this role, you'll be at the heart of our HR operations, working closely with the HR Manager to support our business unit. If you're passionate about talent management, employee relations, and HR administration, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

Talent Management: Partner with the HR Manager to handle full cycle recruiting, maintain job descriptions, and ensure inclusive hiring practices.

Employee Relations: Provide HR guidance, support conflict resolution, and develop programs to boost employee engagement.

HR Administration and Total Rewards: Handle payroll, benefits administration, leave programs, and ensure compliance with laws and company policies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR management or related field; PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.

3-5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or related industries.

Experience with unions and collective bargaining agreements strongly preferred.

Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations.

Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.
