This position is responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects related to human resources management and development, including ensuring compliance with Company policies and proactively planning and implementing effective Company procedures. This position will envision the creation of the newly established function of Human Resource Management and Development. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

JOB DESCRIPTION: [HR Management and Development] Talent acquisition - Develop and implement effective recruitment plans
- Develop and design the hiring process and grading criteria, and implement the contents to the related employees
- Design an effective talent acquisition plan and execute the plan through discussion with the president and other related group companies
- Build efficient relationships with outside recruiters/headhunters to attract and hire qualified candidates.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and proactively update the regulations and procedure
- Collaborate with administrate representative about a full cycle of the hiring, onboarding, and offboarding process
- Stay up to date on HR trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent
Employee Relations - Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance overall job satisfaction.
- Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a healthy work environment.
- Partners with the leadership team to provide support and guidance when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise
- Bridge management, cross divisions, and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other measures.
- Performance Management
- Analyze and revise the evaluation structure and related tools aligned with the company's business plan and needs.
- Conduct training for employees to ensure the knowledge and acknowledgment
- Collect evaluations and file them in a file.
- Evaluate regularly the structure and update any related tools and regulations
Training and Development - Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs for employees.
- Encourage continuous learning and skills development to enhance employee capabilities, especially for supervisors and managers, as training grows with the employee numbers.
- Enforce mandatory training required by Federal and State compliances, and our headquarters and its holdings company.
Payroll Management - Understand and maintain employee’s profile and payroll record.
HR Policies and Compliance - Develop, Implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Stay abreast of changes in labor laws and regulations to update policies and procedures accordingly.
- Keep the Employee Handbook up to date.
[Other and Miscellaneous]- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Seeks constant improvement, more efficient and less expensive ways and means in work processes.
- Performs special projects and other miscellaneous exempt-level duties as assigned by management.
- Maintains high ethical standards in the workplace.
- Maintains good communication with management, office staff members, and outside contacts.
- Complies with all company policies and procedures.
- Update group strategies and HR plans through connecting with other parent/affiliated group companies.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: - 5-7 years of experience in corporate-level Huma Resource Manager and/ or related experience preferred
- People-oriented and result-driven
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and an ethical mindset
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
- Familiarity and experience with Federal and multiple state labor laws
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Experience in collaborating with and/or serving a wide array of individuals from various cultural backgrounds.
- Project Management or related experience is a plus.
SKILLS - English Language skills: must be able to read, write, and speak at business level
- Organization and Self-motivation: must be able to stay organized and self-motivated to meet company expectations and goals
- Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization
- Strong understanding of change management principles and experience leading organizational transitional initiatives
*NOT REQUIRED, but plus: - Holding any of the following credentials is highly desired: PHR, SPHR, GPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP would be a plus.
- Experience working as a HR staff during an organizational transition in which the company grew in number of employees exponentially is a plus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: This position is a remote and on-site occasionally(New York, NY). Occasional Business trip to offices in USA.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Work is performed in an at-home office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards and verbal communication.
