We offer a collegial, team-oriented environment, and our paralegals learn from the industry's leading experts. Working hours 9:30am to 6:00pm, Mon-Fri. Please send resume along with salary expectations. Responsibilities and Duties Responsible for preparing and filing H-1B, H-4, PERM, I-140, I-485 and other employment-based applications/petitions. Manage case initiation process and fact gathering. Facilitate completion of immigration case submissions by obtaining signatures, missing information, etc. from client. Create, edit, print and distribute materials. Ensure that client is compliant with posting and maintaining required documentation. General administrative duties as needed Maintain client contact information. Prepare, update and manage status reports. Prepare custom reports. Build knowledge of Firm and client processes. Routine case monitoring Experienced level: Qualifications and Skills Requirements 2+ years of professional work experience in immigration law. Extensive reporting, file and document management experience strongly preferred. Strong interest in the legal field, particularly immigration Ability to demonstrate attention to detail and strong organizational and data entry skills Achieve high level of productivity. Demonstrate flexibility and initiative regarding assignments for self and team. Demonstrated proficiency working with Microsoft Office and Excel Meet assigned deadlines and communicate case progress/status/issues to supervisor. Ability to contribute to positive work environment.
