Job Description
Gold Coast Physical Therapy Centers is hiring full-time Inbound Call Center Representatives for our organization. Candidates with solid customer service and phone skills are encouraged to apply. This position requires clear communication skills, active listening, and the ability to meet our patients' and clients' needs and expectations through phone interaction. This entry-level position involves client scheduling and new patient registration in an EMR system. Candidates must project a warm, enthusiastic, and friendly demeanor in client and team member interactions.
The position requires candidates to work within the center's hours of operation, Monday through Friday, 8 am-6 pm.
