This job is located in Mililani Mauka!!

We are seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join our team here in Mililani! As a State Farm team member for Ashley Gundaker - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.

Our ideal candidate is someone who is personable, friendly and has a desire to become a Licensed Insurance Agent !

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive...

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Work with the agent to identify and support local community events in our market.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
• People-oriented
• Self-motivated
• Dedicated to customer service
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
