Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report on the performance of service providers, ensuring corrective actions are taken for any discrepancies.
- Support daily inbound activities, prioritize tasks, and address exceptions like overdue deliveries and complaints.
- Assist with daily outbound operations, setting priorities and resolving issues such as overdue PODs and customer complaints.
- Ensure stock levels in SAP align with those in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Manage 3PL inbound and outbound processes with guidance from experienced colleagues.
- Make operational decisions quickly, adhering to established rules and procedures.
Skills Required:
- Basic understanding of distribution management activities.
- Ability to apply methodologies and use analysis tools effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills in straightforward situations.
- Capability to prioritize tasks and make decisions with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with SAP and WMS systems is a plus.
- High School Diploma or Vocational Education required.
