Location: Everett, WA 98203

Duration: 9+ months with possible extension or conversion

Pay range: $28/hr - $30/hr

Schedule: Different Day and Night Shifts (40 hrs/week)

Job Description

Key Job Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently handle materials to support production and manufacturing operations.
• Perform material transactions using SAP ERP, Excel, and proprietary software systems.
• Document and escalate system issues or process inefficiencies for resolution.
• Manage physical and virtual material transfers between sites.
• Assist in training and development of team members.
• Adhere to and promote safety, productivity, and quality standards.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand carts (forklift/electric pallet jack operation requires certification).
• Contribute to process improvements, including SOP updates and safety procedures.

Basic Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted and perform physical tasks (standing, climbing, bending, grasping, pushing, pulling, stooping, stretching, and carrying).
• Standing for up to 10 hours/day—this is a warehouse role with minimal desk work.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, based on business needs.
