To be considered for this role, we are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Finance, with a strong academic record (GPA of 3.5 or higher).
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience in investment banking, management consulting, or transaction services with a Big 4 firm. Candidates must have completed their degree and be fully graduated.
- Prior experience in M&A or a relevant internship.
- Proven skills in creating marketing materials, financial modeling, conducting thorough research, performing competitive analysis, and valuation assessments.
- Strong people and project management abilities commensurate with your experience level.
- Proficiency in financial modeling using Excel, and a good command of PowerPoint for presentations.
- A self-motivated and detail-oriented approach, with the capacity to deliver substantial, high-quality work within tight deadlines.
- A genuine enthusiasm for the fields of finance, investment banking, and e-commerce.
