Shared Services: IS CareConnect Administration (Full-Time, Day Shift) - Job Summary: The IS Service Delivery Manager acts as a liaison between the LLUSS Information Services department and designated partners and service groups. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships through regular meetings, observation, and communication. The manager should understand Electronic Health Record (EHR) processes affecting partners and communicate relevant information. They are responsible for addressing system issues, analyzing partner performance via reports, identifying trends, and sharing insights with leadership. The role also involves analyzing data to proactively communicate operational information and performing other duties as assigned. Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree required. At least five years of experience in a healthcare Information Systems department, healthcare operations, or similar field. Epic experience preferred, with at least one year of hands-on experience. Consideration may be given to relevant experience in lieu of a degree. Knowledge and Skills: Thorough understanding of partner operations, Epic software, and general business and IS processes preferred. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English professionally. Competency in using computers, printers, and software such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. Ability to operate/troubleshoot basic office equipment. Effective communication skills, professionalism, and ability to work calmly under pressure. Strong organizational, prioritization, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Attention to detail and ability to work independently. Visual and auditory capabilities necessary for the role, including color distinction and hearing sufficiency. Licensures and Certifications: Valid Driver's License required at hire.
