Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced IT Project Manager to lead and oversee a variety of technology projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for technology, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and finalize IT projects according to deadlines and within budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and scope.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and report on project status.
• Manage project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
