Brightgen Electric is expanding, driven by a robust pipeline of LED lighting retrofit projects across the Minnesota Area and Nationally. We specialize in providing top-tier LED lighting installation services for hospital systems and commercial spaces.

What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking skilled, experienced Licensed Minnesota Journeymen (or reciprocating license) electricians to join our dynamic team. If you value teamwork, punctuality, and exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!

Compensation:

• Competitive salary at the top of the local wage scale for electricians

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a responsible electrician for the company.
• Execute LED lighting retrofits and installations nationwide.
• Enforce and promote high-quality safety standards.
• Install EV chargers as part of our service offerings.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and exceed customer expectations.
• Mentor and train others in the field, fostering a culture of learning and safety.
• Troubleshoot and collaborate with other electricians on lighting and electrical issues.

Minimum Requirements:

• Progressive electrical leaders who love using technology and want a clear career path.
• Active Minnesota Journeyman license (or reciprocating license).
• Proven experience as a skilled electrician, particularly on small to medium size teams.
• Self-driven with the ability to complete projects independently.
• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes, and safety regulations.

• Willingness to travel as needed after between projects.
