Our Barrington, IL center is growing and is currently hiring part-time, certified teachers to help students improve their academic skills. We are currently seeking a Reading teacher to provide instruction to students struggling in this area.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver instruction in a 1:1 setting or 4:1 setting of pre-planned lessons using our curriculum.
• Supervise sessions to ensure all students are learning in a safe and productive environment.
• Deliver personalized instruction to each student by encouraging interactive learning.
• Evaluate and document students’ progress.
• Attend on-site training and monthly teacher meetings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in teaching
• In-depth knowledge of teaching methods.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Well-organized with excellent leadership abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
