Landscape Manager – Greenville Country Club

At Greenville Country Club we believe our golf courses and grounds should be as breathtaking as the game itself. As our Landscape Manager , you’ll play a key role in shaping the aesthetic and environmental quality of our courses, ensuring our members and guests enjoy an exceptional experience every time they step onto the property.
What You’ll DoLead the care of ornamental plants, turf grass, and landscape features across the property.
Implement sustainable practices that promote plant health and reduce environmental impact.
Monitor and manage irrigation, fertilization, pest control, and disease prevention.
Collaborate closely with the Director of Agronomy and grounds team to deliver world-class playing conditions and visual appeal.
Train and support crew members in horticultural best practices and safety standards.
2+ years of horticulture experience in a golf course or related setting required ; 3–5 years preferred.
A strong foundation in plant biology, plant care, and pest/disease management.
Hands-on experience with horticultural equipment and irrigation systems.
An eye for detail, with the ability to spot and address plant health issues early.
A collaborative, team-oriented approach — and strong communication skills.
A valid driver’s license (must be 21+).
A degree or certification in Horticulture, Botany, or Plant Science is preferred, but not required for the right candidate.
