We are looking for skilled Lawn Maintenance & Snow Removal Crew Members, Crew Leaders, and Landscapers to join our team! In the warmer months, youll maintain grounds by performing a variety of landscaping tasks, including mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, weeding, pruning, planting, and mulch layinghelping us create beautiful and well-groomed outdoor spaces for our customers.

During the winter season, youll help keep our properties safe and accessible by providing snow removal and ice management services using plows, blowers, shovels, and salt spreaders.

Past experience is preferred and a positive attitude is a must!

Responsibilities

• Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, or hedge trimmers

• Operate vehicles or powered equipment such as mowers, snow plows, and snow blowers

• Perform lawn care services: mowing, edging, pruning, planting, mulching, and weeding

• Perform snow and ice management services: shoveling, plowing, blowing, and salting

• Prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges

• Gather and remove litter and debris

• Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner

Qualifications

• Past experience preferred (lawn care, landscaping, or snow removal)

• Experience with the use of hand-held and power tools

• Ability to operate equipment such as mowers, blowers, and snow removal machinery

• Must be able to climb ladders and stairs, comfortably lift 40+ pounds repetitively, and work on your feet for long periods of time

• Willing to work in all weather conditions (heat, cold, snow, and rain)

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
