The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the legal industry and proven experience recruiting attorneys, legal professionals, and support staff. You will partner with firm leadership to define hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, and manage the full recruitment cycle while building a strong professional network and staying current on market trends and competitor practices.
Recruiting experience in a law firm and a strong understanding of the dynamics of the legal talent market is highly preferred.
