Key Responsibilities: Manage litigation case files from intake through settlement or trial. Draft, edit, and finalize pleadings, discovery, motions, and correspondence. Handle e-filing in state and federal courts; ensure compliance with court rules and deadlines. Schedule and coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial dates. Maintain attorney calendars and track critical deadlines. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, insurance adjusters, and courts. Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits and trial binders. Provide transcription, dictation, and administrative support as needed. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a legal secretary or paralegal in litigation. Strong knowledge of personal injury litigation, state and federal court rules, and e-filing systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Clio, Needles, Filevine, and Smart Advocate (or similar case management software). Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and proactively. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
