Job Description

Gunstock Mountain Resort in Gilford, NH is seeking Lift Operators for the winter season. Lift Operators play a crucial role in the safe and efficient operation of Gunstock's aerial chairlifts and surface lifts, ensuring a positive experience for skiers and snowboarders. Peak and weekend availability is preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and organized environment for loading and unloading guests on lifts.
- Assist guests in loading/unloading and respond to any difficulties promptly.
- Support opening and closing procedures, including setup, takedown, and maintenance tasks.
- Answer guest questions about trails, weather conditions, and resort services.
- Maintain accurate operational records and respond to emergencies swiftly.

Qualifications:
- Ability to remain stationary for extended periods and operate lift equipment.
- Physically able to move around the resort, ascend/descend stairs, and lift up to 25lbs.
- Strong visual inspection skills for monitoring work areas and equipment.
