Job Summary Produces and/or distributes clean linen to CAMC and all outside contract services.
Responsibilities • Provide high quality laundered linen for the needs of CAMC and contract serviced facilities. • Demonstrate a willingness to learn the position. • Maintain a clean, safe place to work. • Comply with all CAMC rules for health, safety and personnel conduct. • Maintain a clean and safe work area. • Comply with all hospital rules regarding health safety and personal conduct. • Perform work in alignment with the overall mission and strategic plan of the organization. • Follow organizational and departmental policies and procedures, as applicable. • Must be proficient on all linen equipment. • Must be able to demonstrate the ability to prioritize the production of clean linen to meet the needs of the daily delivery schedule. • Must be proficient and demonstrate the ability to operate the press, coinc as well as all functionality relating to operating the dryer system in its entirety. • Demonstrate the ability to maintain set production goals and standards. • Perform related duties as assigned.
