Private family looking hire a Live-In Housekeeper in Camden Wyoming, Delaware!

The Ideal Candidate: This client is looking for a dedicated long-term Housekeeper. The wife currently has taken over running her husband's business as he is no longer able to run it due to his deteriorating health. She is looking for someone to take full charge of running the household regarding cleaning. The home consists of the Mrs. and Mr., and one dog. The husband does not need care. They have an informal home. Candidate will care for all cleaning in the 5,000 sq ft home. Routine deep cleaning, daily upkeep such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, wiping down counters and surfaces, etc. A candidate who is interested in basic meal prep would be appreciated but not required. Someone who can make something simple as a sandwich, or a salad would be a large bonus to the Mrs. Candidate will need to be able to drive for quick errands such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, etc.


This is a Live-In position. There is a separate staircase that you will have use of so you will have privacy coming and going. You will have use of the whole second floor including a bedroom, living room, and bathroom.

Position Requirements

• Work Hours: Monday-Friday 8AM-4PM
• Languages: English
• Experience: 5 Years of Experience
• References: Minimum of 2 References
• Background: Background check upon contingent offer of hire
• Personality Traits: Proactive, detailed, sense of humor.

Position Compensation

• Salary: $40 per hour (Payroll)
• Living Accommodations: This is a Live-In position. There is a separate staircase that you will have use of so you will have privacy coming and going. You will have use of the whole second floor including a bedroom, living room, and bathroom.
• Vacation: 2 weeks PTO
