LanceSoft is seeking a local contract Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) for a local contract job in Fort Mill, South Carolina.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full-Time
📍 Location: Fort Mill, SC
💲 Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 annually + Quarterly Bonuses
🕒 Day Shifts | No Nights or Weekends

 

About the Role
We are hiring a dedicated BCBA for our Fort Mill location! In this role, you’ll perform functional behavior assessments, create individualized ABA programs, supervise and mentor RBTs, and provide family support to drive client success.

• Active BCBA Certification
